We offer in-person yoga and meditation courses around West and North West London. Our one-to-one or small group sessions take place in private homes, gardens, or peaceful green spaces, creating an easy, accessible way for you to start your yoga journey in an environment where you feel safe and supported.
Each session is tailored to beginners, focusing on gentle movement, breath awareness, simple yoga philosophy, mindfulness and meditation techniques.
Learn Yoga and Meditation Online - From Home, At Your Pace
If you're more comfortable at home or have a busy schedule, our online Now Yoga and Meditation Course makes it easy to begin. This 6-week course designed for complete beginners guides you step-by-step through the foundations of yoga postures, breathing practices, and meditation, helping you build a solid, sustainable practice from scratch.
Each week introduces a new theme to support your wellbeing, from calming your nervous system to gently increasing flexibility and focus. You’ll also learn how to use yoga and meditation to manage stress, improve sleep, and reconnect with your sense of purpose.
All classes are live and interactive, so you can ask questions, get feedback, and grow with the support of an experienced and caring teacher.
