Over six powerful weeks, this guided journey integrates ancient yogic wisdom with modern mindfulness, and practical life tools to help you calm the storm within, clear your perception, heal your system, and reconnect to your true self.

this course can be done online or live, in person, indoors or outside in West and North West London. However you do the course we offer a safe, sacred space to explore who you are beyond the noise - and align with the peace, clarity, and power that have always been within you.

We also recommend you get a copy of the Sivananda Yoga Home Practice Companion book, as a trusted resource for this course and your continued practice thereafter.

The aim of The Now Yoga and Meditation Course

is to give you the full picture of Yoga (Union), and through self-exploration, a deeper experience of who you really are.

Hello, my name is Johnathon Martin.

I’ve been practising yoga and meditation since 1994 and qualified as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in 2001.

 

Over the decades, I’ve been deeply inspired by the wisdom of classical yoga, and continue to study, share and practice these teachings daily.

 

I'm also a Personal Transformation Coach and enjoy working with aspiring yogis and yoginis looking to make or navigate BIG lifestyle changes. 

​Now Yoga is a new offering, created to help you experience the true essence of yoga in a way that’s accessible, meaningful, and transformational.​
